Just a line to say a huge thank you for letting us share Delbury Hall and The Coach House for our weddings on July 23rd. It was a wonderful day and all our family and friends thought the venue was fabulous.

Within our family there have been 6 weddings in the last 2 years, one of which was in Venice and another in South Africa, and all our guests have commented on how fabulous the venue was, and how much they enjoyed a proper Shropshire wedding!

We fell in love with Delbury the minute we arrived on our first visit, we stopped venue hunting immediately. Our wedding day was made so special by having such a beautiful place to celebrate what was the best day of our lives. Delbury's light and airy space meant that we were unaware of the rather rainy day outside and when it did dry up we had the picturesque grounds as well. Delbury provided a beautiful venue for our wedding. It offered us many attractive views and areas, as well as modern and well designed facilities that helped everything run perfectly on the day. We researched a number of venues, and Delbury was the best - as well as extremely competitively priced. We received so many comments from our guests on how beautiful the grounds were. A striking aspect of Delbury as a wedding venue was the abundance of attractive areas on site. As well as providing many relaxing environments for our guests to enjoy themselves, it also offered a variety of locations for photographs, without requiring our bridal party to move far from their guests. The mezzanine floor and the courtyard offered us extra areas to use for food service and dancing, which meant that we were able to have our ceremony, photographs, reception and our accommodation all on site, without anything being compromised. We had an absolutely wonderful wedding weekend at Delbury despite having only had a few months to plan the entire thing! Everyone was so helpful throughout the planning process and having the accommodation on site was lovely as we were able to arrive with our families the night before and just relax. The Coach House was big enough to accommodate our guests for both the ceremony and reception without feeling at all cramped, and the gardens made a lovely backdrop for our pictures - with the white swans and doves giving an especially romantic touch. Patrick met us and showed us around, he was very friendly and helpful and a lovely man. We absolutely loved The Coach House, amazing! It's everything we are looking for.........informal yet classy and stylish, stunning setting and grounds, lovely courtyard area for our use, an excellent all-inclusive facility with the kitchens and mezzanine floor. What a wonderful venue for a wedding. Patrick was there to greet us from day one, a charming man, keen to assist in all our requests. The Coach House is stunning, beautifully laid out with superb kitchens to enable everything to be prepared on site. The Stables were wonderful accommodation allowing us to arrive on the Friday and leave on the Sunday, so making it a superb weekend wedding venue. We had such a fantastic wedding at Delbury Hall. We really struggled to find just the right venue and once we had visited and met Patrick we just knew that was the ideal place. Thank you so much for the use of Delbury Hall for Lindsay and Bob's wedding. We were asked how we found Delbury by so many people. Everyone enjoyed the gardens and the atmosphere of Delbury. Thank you also for the recommendations after our difficulties with catering and florist. Sarah Jane provided exactly what we wanted and Ludlow Catering went beyond our expectations on both of our days. Willem has the knack of being available without being obtrusive.
I hope we didn't outstay our time but everyone felt so relaxed and comfortable sharing your home!
